On the tenth day of the Winter Festival…

Spitalfields Music sent to me… the recipe for a Gallicantus cocktail, as devised by our hosts for this evening’s performance A Musical Feast, Galvin La Chapelle.

Gallicantus, led by Gabriel Crouch, will be performing a heady mix of works from the 16th century, including some bawdy chansons by Lassus. Try the cocktail below and catch their three fantastic recordings on Spotify.

Gallicantus

20ml Crème de Lychee
dash of rose cordial
15ml Sake
Prosecco

Measure out the Crème de Lychee and sake. Add a dash of rose cordial and top up with Prosecco. Serve in a champagne flute.
