A Musical Feast


This evening we’ll be going to acclaimed restaurant Galvin La Chapelle for a fine dining experience and medieval carols from vocal group Alamire.

The restaurant was opened by Jeff Galvin who achieved a Michelin star in 2011 for his modern French cuisine.

See below for a taste of the mouth-watering menu they’ll be serving for A Musical Feast.

Cod Brandade, cornichons, frisée & beurre Nantaise

Pressed ham hock, corn fed chicken & foie gras, red onion marmalade


Roast rump of Scotch beef, pomme Anna & Glazed carrots

Crisp fillet of sea bream, pearl barley risotto, cucumber & ruby grapefruit


Selection of French farmhouse cheeses


Poached Williams pear, hazelnuts & Crème Anglaise

The cocktail they will be offering will be a Rubi Caritas made with Old Krupnik (spiced honey vodka)  and pomegranate juice topped with Prosecco.
